Style: Weizenbock
ABV: 8.2%
Appearance: Dark brown, with a hint of plum. Very little head, which dissipated quickly.
Aroma: Malty, sweet, dates.
Flavour: Very malty, smokey quality which lingered and turned bitter.
Mouthfeel: Slightly silky, but heavy to drink probably due to the ABV.
Overall: Started off well but not enough flavour to combat the heaviness, making it hard and unpleasant to drink.
My rating: 2/5
